SINGAPORE – The Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF), celebrating its 10th anniversary from November 12-14, is set to spotlight the convergence of financial technology with inclusion, resilience, and collaboration. Organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), and Constellar, in partnership with the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), the festival’s theme “Shaping the Next Decade of Growth” underscores the importance of building financial systems that serve diverse communities worldwide.
From Founders’ Journeys to Inclusive Innovation
This year’s programme will feature insights from over 20 founders across Singapore and Asia. These visionary entrepreneurs have not only overcome the challenges of the past decade but also thrived, creating opportunities and ecosystems that drive innovation and inclusivity.
The inclusion of pioneers such as Nandan Nilekani, known for his leadership in building Digital Public Infrastructure that expanded access for over a billion people, and Eric Jing, who championed inclusive growth through technology in China, underscores the festival’s focus on using innovation as a tool for equity.
Building Financial Systems for All
More than 70 sessions will examine how emerging technologies can bridge persistent gaps in financial services. From AI-enabled financial inclusion to tokenisation’s potential to democratise access to markets, the conversations will centre on ensuring that technology serves not just efficiency but also equity.
Sopnendu Mohanty, Group CEO of GFTN, noted that the anniversary calls for “urgent action to address persistent gaps in global finance and to build the next generation of trusted and inclusive infrastructure powered by AI, Quantum Computing, and Tokenisation.”
A Platform for Collaboration
SFF 2025 will also feature the launch of the Global Impact Champions Awards, focusing on Financial Health. This recognition highlights how inclusive financial services are central to broader social progress, addressing inequalities and empowering underserved communities.
With initiatives like the Founders Peak™, Investor Hours, and the Global FinTech Hackcelerator, the festival aims to connect capital, ideas, and talent in ways that accelerate inclusive growth.
As SFF marks a decade, its future-facing agenda reinforces Singapore’s role in building global financial ecosystems that are not only technologically advanced but also equitable and human-centred.
