BENGALURU — Swiggy has named Neha Singhvi as its new Vice President – Public Affairs, Communications & ESG, marking a significant addition to the food delivery and quick commerce company’s leadership team.

Singhvi brings over two decades of experience in communications, advocacy, corporate reputation, and social impact. In her new role, she will oversee Swiggy’s public relations, communications, and sustainability functions — positioning her at the intersection of stakeholder engagement and the company’s broader ESG agenda.

Prior to joining Swiggy, Singhvi spent three years at Games24x7, where she led public affairs, communications, and CSR. She was instrumental in building reputation management frameworks, strengthening crisis response, and running data-driven advocacy campaigns.

Her career has also spanned leadership roles at leading communications consultancies, including Chief Operating Officer at PR Pundit and Deputy Managing Director at Zeno Group. At Weber Shandwick, Singhvi worked on integrated campaigns across diverse industries, gaining expertise in policy advocacy and stakeholder outreach.

Singhvi’s appointment reflects Swiggy’s strategic emphasis on strengthening its communications narrative while deepening its commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities.

With ESG increasingly shaping business competitiveness and stakeholder trust, Swiggy’s decision to integrate communications and sustainability under a single leadership role signals its intent to deliver a cohesive, purpose-driven corporate strategy.

In an industry where consumer expectations, regulatory scrutiny, and sustainability imperatives continue to evolve, Singhvi’s blend of public policy and communications expertise is expected to help Swiggy navigate complex challenges.

Her appointment underlines a growing trend in Indian corporates where communications leaders are also being entrusted with ESG portfolios, recognising the role of narrative-building in advancing sustainability and social impact.
