SINGAPORE – This November, more than 200 women across Singapore will take part in meaningful conversations about career growth, leadership, and confidence — while walking side by side with top women leaders.

Mentor Walks Singapore, part of the global not-for-profit mentoring program for women, will host its annual Mega Walk on November 13, the largest event of the year bringing together aspiring professionals and senior mentors from diverse industries including technology, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, and education.

Since its Singapore launch in 2022, Mentor Walks has connected over 1,000 women through its signature walk-and-talk format—pairing mentees with experienced leaders for open, real-world career conversations.

Empowering Women Through Connection and Clarity

Behind each walk are some of Singapore’s most respected women leaders—CEOs, founders, and senior executives—who volunteer their time to guide other women in navigating career challenges, transitions, and aspirations.

This year, more than 60 senior women leaders will take part in the Mega Walk, offering their perspectives and support to participants at different career stages.

“This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to empowering women through meaningful connections, mentorship, and community,” said Belinda Pervan, Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan Marketing at Veeam Software, who co-leads Mentor Walks Singapore alongside Aliza Knox, tech executive and independent director.

A Collaborative Effort to Build Women’s Networks

Now in its fourth year, the Mega Walk is made possible through partnerships with Lean In Network Singapore and Mahlab, enabling the event to reach an even broader community of women seeking clarity and direction in their professional journeys.

The walk’s small-group mentoring structure allows for intimate, high-impact conversations that often lead to tangible outcomes—from taking on leadership roles and identifying next steps to developing new skills or building networks for women new to Singapore.

“Mentorship doesn’t just open doors—it helps women see new pathways,” said a previous participant. “Having an honest, judgment-free conversation with a senior leader who’s been through similar experiences is truly transformative.”

Global Impact, Local Relevance

Mentor Walks is now active in cities across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, and Dubai, with over 14,500 women participating globally. Its unique format—walking outdoors in small groups for one-hour mentoring sessions—creates an environment that is accessible, authentic, and empowering.

By focusing on clarity, confidence, and connection, Mentor Walks provides women a space to exchange experiences, gain perspective, and reimagine what leadership looks like at every stage of their careers.

As Singapore prepares for its largest walk yet, the Mega Walk underscores a simple but powerful idea: that every conversation between women can inspire progress—not just for individuals, but for an entire community.
