BENGALURU, (March 22, 2024) – Chetana Patnaik has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (designate) by LTIMindtree, a prominent IT business in India. Her position will take effect on April 1, 2024.

Chetana replaces CHRO Manoj Shikarkhane, who is moving into a different position within the organisation, in her new capacity. In her new position, Chetana has over 28 years of expertise. She has worked with Larsen & Toubro for more than 11 years, and most recently, she was the HR Head. In addition, Chetana held positions as the Group Head Talent Management at GVK Group, the Assistant HR Manager at Ramee Group of Companies, the Head of HR for West Zone at Gati Ltd, and the Head of Talent Management for Corporate HR at Reliance Infrastructure.

Academically, Chetana is an MBA graduate of Berhampur University, and she also completed the University of Michigan’s Global Leadership Development Programme, the SP Jain School of Global Management’s Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, and Sydney’s Certificate Programme in Impactful Leadership, and the PGP in executive and leadership coaching from CFI Graduate School of Coaching. Performance management, talent acquisition, employer branding, engagement, culture, and employee relations are among her key abilities.

In an exchange filing, the company stated, “We wish to inform that Mr. Manoj Shikarkhane, Chief Human Resource Officer (‘CHRO’) is moving to a new role within the Company (Support to CEO’s office in various strategic organisational initiatives), and pursuant to the above, Ms. Chetana Patnaik who is currently Head – Human Resources & CSR for the Transportation Infrastructure business, an independent company of L&T, will assume the role of CHRO (designate) with effect from April 1, 2024”.
