Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Appoints Sandrine El Khodry as EVP

SINGAPORE, May 28, 2025 – Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE), a global leader in secure networking and communications solutions, has announced the appointment of Sandrine El Khodry as its new Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. She will report directly to ALE’s Chief Executive Officer, Yann Zhang.

With nearly three decades of industry experience, Sandrine brings a wealth of expertise in sales leadership, strategic development, and global market operations. Her career has spanned critical sectors including mobility solutions, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, security, and customer experience, positioning her as a highly versatile and dynamic leader.

Having previously held senior roles within ALE and across the broader IT and communications landscape, Sandrine is recognised for her ability to lead complex international initiatives and manage diverse, multi-national teams. Her leadership has consistently translated into high-performing sales outcomes and strengthened strategic partnerships.

Sandrine’s promotion marks a significant step in ALE’s strategy to bolster its global growth and reinforce its presence across markets. Her remit will include spearheading innovation across the company’s sales and marketing teams, enhancing customer value, and driving long-term, sustainable success for ALE’s partners and clients.
